It’s a big world out there. And if you’re not keeping in touch with what’s new, ado and adapting, you could find yourself in catch-up mode for a long time. Please don’t get me wrong. I’m really not trying to use fear as a motivator, here. We’ve all seen how well that’s working. I do think that learning new things, forging new relationships, tuning yourself in to all the wonders — tried and new — that are available out there is important…and valuable. And I’d like to do my part to help us all get and stay connected.
Hence, Connections. And while I’m on the topic, let’s take a quick look at what Connections has to offer over the competition:
- Connections is an informed, informative e-zine — a professional publication that reaches a diverse audience otherwise not easily accessed via traditional internet avenues.
- All articles are edited and optimized by a professional writer/editor/brand consultant (me) – not simply plugged in to fill space. Connections is orchestrated not merely to funnel someone else’s thoughts into one of many disparate venues…but to provide an expert take on matters of concern and interest to us all.
- Unlike many online publications, Connections is all original content – no “borrowed” or duplicated articles/features. This means that in addition to providing genuine value, our articles also command more clout with the search engines.
- Available on the internet as well – on an SEO-friendly site that will continue to reach and attract more and more visitors, I might add — all issues reach readers as personal emails as well.
- Each article is linked to each contributing writer’s own website(s), which continues to augment their search engine rankings.
- The online portion of Connections is handled by a search engine professional who has experience manipulating search results (that’s actual, real Google manipulation, unlike that claimed by other so-called search engine experts).
Connect with us. Join those who have already embraced the value-added benefits of contributing to Connections. Join the readers who appreciate the profound difference between us and all those other half-baked ezine pubs out there. We welcome your input and participation. All inquiries will be answered. And before you dive into Issue 5, remember…
Bottom Line Connections Advice Gem #753: The difference between a real writer and someone that writes, is that a real writer can’t not write.
